Mentorship

The mentor has a key role in the doctoral studies of an individual doctoral student, in determining his postgraduate studies, as well as advising and managing scientific research work. The mentor helps the student in the process of defining the topic of the doctoral thesis, in the preparation of the thesis, and finally, in the course of evaluating his progress. He/she also plays an important and responsible role in the professional and personal development of doctoral student and represents a role model for him/her as a researcher and as a person.
